She is a founder and also an executive member of the Center for Cyber Security Research and Innovation (CSRI). She is being engaged in different non-government organizations  such as an Executive member, CAN Federation, Computer Association of Nepal (FCAN); Life member, Jica Alumni Association of Nepal (JAAN); Life member, Socio-Economic development for energetic women (EWC); Life Member, Centre for Disaster Management Studies (CDMS); Vice-president, Women in Information Technology (WIIT),

Former Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIGP), Director of Information Technology (IT) Directorate, Nepal Police Headquarters. She has International Work Experience as a Technical Officer in UNMISET, UN mission in East Timor and a Technical Advisor in MINUSTAH, UN mission in Haiti. Recently she is being engaged with ICT related different projects and also socially engaging for women’s development in the ICT sector.
